Shari Frink & The Mission

I am a worship leader, speaker, youth minister, and coach whose greatest passion is pointing people to the life-changing hope found in Jesus Christ. Whether I’m leading worship, preaching God’s Word, or investing in the next generation, my desire is simple: to see people encounter Jesus and experience the transforming power of the Gospel.

Growing up just outside of Atlanta, Georgia, I gave my life to Christ as a teenager and quickly developed a passion for worship, Scripture, and sharing my faith. However, after experiencing significant family struggles, I walked away from the Lord and spent several years pursuing a life that led to addiction, crime, and spiritual brokenness.

Even while I was running from God, He never stopped pursuing me.

At the lowest point of my life, the Lord met me in an unexpected place, broke my heart for the destruction sin was causing, and called me home. Through the unconditional love of my father and the overwhelming grace of Jesus Christ, I found freedom, restoration, and a brand-new purpose.

God continued writing that redemption story by blessing me with an incredible wife, a growing family, meaningful work, and a church family that became home after relocating to Southwest Florida. There I rediscovered the joy of serving the local church, leading worship, discipling believers, and encouraging others through my testimony.

Today, I have the privilege of serving as a worship leader with Saltwater Worship, sharing the Gospel through music and biblical teaching. I also serve as a youth minister and mentor young people through athletics, believing that every relationship is an opportunity to reflect the love of Christ.

My testimony is proof that no one is too far gone for God’s grace. I believe Jesus still pursues the broken, restores the wandering, and calls ordinary people into extraordinary purpose. My prayer is that every song I sing, every message I preach, and every conversation I have points people to the One who changed my life forever.
